Before You Begin
- iCarPlay devices can only connect to one device at a time. Disable Bluetooth on other devices if necessary.
- Remove any previous iCarPlay connections from your phone’s Bluetooth settings.
- Ensure your car’s AUX port or FM frequency is correctly set for audio output.

Step-by-Step Troubleshooting
1. Restart the iCarPlay Device and Your Phone
- Turn off the iCarPlay device and your smartphone.
- Wait 30 seconds, then turn both devices back on.
2. Check Bluetooth Connection
- Open your phone’s Bluetooth Settings.
- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled and connected to the iCarPlay device.
- If already connected, select Forget Device and reconnect.
3. Verify Apple CarPlay or Android Auto Settings
Apple Devices:
